It's more convenient than ever before to order your prescriptions. Use the form below and attach a photo of your paper prescription and we'll be in touch once we have dispensed your medication. Please bring your original in when you come to collect your prescription.
Alternatively, You can have your Doctor, Dentist, Midwife or Other Prescriber Email your prescriptions to us. We will text you to let you know when it has arrived.
Please note your safety is our number one priority and a consultation may be required to confirm the suitability of your medication to your condition. We will let you know if we need any further details
Simply register at the pharmacy or give us a call and let us know how you’d like to be reminded, either via email or text message. We’ll notify you prior to your next scheduled repeat date, allowing you peace of mind. Our repeat reminder service is free of charge.
If you need help remembering to arrange your next prescription or help actually requesting your new prescription from your prescriber, we can assist our regular clients with this.
Where the government charges a prescription tax, our pharmacy will need to collect that from you on the Government's behalf. If you have difficulty affording this tax, then talk to us about paying by regular direct credit, or directly from WINZ. If you require regular medicines, you maybe eligible for a Disability Allowance from WINZ, even if you are not on a WINZ benefit.

Where Pharmac or our local District Healthboard don't fund a prescription medicine, we aim to provide it for you as cost effectively as we can.
