    Common FAQ

Need assistance with arranging new prescriptions?

If you need help remembering to arrange your next prescription or help actually requesting your new prescription from your prescriber, we can assist our regular clients with this.

    Prescription Taxes?

Where the government charges a prescription tax, our pharmacy will need to collect that from you on the Government's behalf. If you have difficulty affording this tax, then talk to us about paying by regular direct credit, or directly from WINZ.  If you require regular medicines, you maybe eligible for a Disability Allowance from WINZ, even if you are not on a WINZ benefit.

Prescription Charges and WINZ Support Disability Allowance.

    Unfunded Prescription Medicines?

Where Pharmac or our local District Healthboard don't fund a prescription medicine, we aim to provide it for you as cost effectively as we can.

Please send us an enquiry using the form below to get a price on an item you already have a prescription for.
